Seaham (North) Overview:

      General Description
A grassy embankment above the path down to the beach at North Seaham. Works best in a Easterly wind, this
gives access northwards to steep earth embankments above rocky cliffs as far as Grangetown. (If the wind is off to the north Blackhall and Crimdon are better places to fly.)
      Access Notes
Head to and park at the public car park at the north of Seaham and launch from the grassy bank just in front.
      Safety
Toplanding HG's - Stay low on approach and well back. (be careful of the parked cars)
PG's Stay low on approach and not to far back (car park behind you)

If flying alone leave no equipment unattended.

Certain sections of the cliff top can rotor, dependant on wind direction and speed.

Avoid landing in the sea.

A busy area with people using the car park via access to the beach, avoid getting close to anyone when flying to the north jumping the gap *we are very close to the path* !
