General Description
A grass covered conical hill with s.east, west, & n.west ridges extending from it ! this is a brilliant site. 4x4 to the top and the views are spectacular.
Access Notes
Contact the farmer before driving up the hill.
If no answer at the house, leave a note in the door letting him know how many cars on the hill.
Drive passed the farm (on your right) as the road bends left there is a gate, drive through this gate then bear left in the field, follow the fence (left side) up the hill, drive through the next gate and continue up to the top.
ONLY DRIVE UP WHEN THE GRASS IS DRY OR NOT TO SLIPPY ! (4X4's ONLY)

Hanggliders - Westerly - top landing is a bit tight but OK. Bottom landing is anywhere parallel with the road to
Hownam. NT 782 225 Hillside of the river, South to NT 780 211 roadside of the river. Watch for the
power lines alongside the river. If the bulls are in the field they are harmless but check before flying
there are no temporary electric fences across your approach.
S.easterly - top landing is ok but the ground drops away behind the ridge so be careful.
bottom landing is OK but a long walk back up !
